Why I Switched to Caraway Cookware + An Easy One-Pan Dinner for Two

A close-up of a pan filled with cooked rice, ground meat, and herbs sits on a woven placemat, next to a set of blue and gray nonstick cookware arranged upright in a kitchen setting.

I get asked all the time what cookware I use in my kitchen, and I actually switched to Caraway cookware and have been using it ever since. When you cook as much as I do, having cookware that cooks evenly, cleans easily, and is safe to cook on really matters. One of the biggest reasons I switched was because Caraway cookware is made without harmful chemicals that are often found in traditional non-stick cookware, which made me feel a lot better about cooking for my family every day. Three blue and silver frying pans are neatly organized upright in a beige rack. Inspired by Why I switched to Caraway Cookware, their matching blue lids stand vertically nearby on a light-colored shelf, ready for an easy one-pan dinner for two.

I chose the Caraway Cookware Set in the Navy color, and I use these pans almost every day. The set comes with a fry pan, sauce pan, sauté pan, and Dutch oven, along with lids and storage organizers that keep everything really organized in the cabinets. I love that the pans go from stovetop to oven, which makes one-pan meals really easy, and cleanup is always quick.

So today I wanted to show you one of my favorite easy dinners for two that I make right in my Caraway sauté pan.

A smiling woman in a black top stands in a bright kitchen, holding a white frying pan and gesturing excitedly. Several blue cookware pieces are arranged on the wooden island in front of her.
A woman smiling in a kitchen holds up a gray frying pan. In front of her on a wooden countertop are three blue pots with silver handles and lids. The kitchen has white cabinets and green plants.
Three blue pot lids with silver handles are stored vertically in a white fabric organizer, which is standing on a kitchen counter next to a wooden cutting board and other kitchen items.
A set of blue pots and pans with silver handles neatly stored in beige racks on a light wooden shelf, with matching blue lids organized in a fabric holder attached to the shelf wall.
A hand with red nail polish lifts a blue lid off a pan filled with meat, herbs, and a rich, bubbling broth on a stovetop.
A person with red-painted nails places a blue Dutch oven with a lid into an open oven. Olive oil, seasoning, and utensils are on the countertop nearby.

I make SO many one pot meals that start on the stovetop, but end up in the oven to finish to perfection. This is one of the MAIN reasons I switched. All of the cookware AND lids from my set are ALSO oven safe. Makes life SO easy!
