Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 tbsp butter + 4 tbsp softened butter divided
  • 1 pack original Kings hawaiian rolls
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 1 packet Sazon
  • 2-3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp mayo

  • In a pan add 2 tbsp of butter and let that heat up on medium to high heat.
  • Form the ground chuck into 4 patties, season them with salt & pepper, and add them into the pan with the butter. Let them cook on each side for about five minutes. Before you flip the patties press them down with a grill press or a spatula to make sure they get browned.
  • Mop up half of the oil in the pan with a paper towel. Add in the onions and shake the sazon packet all over the beef and onions. Begin breaking up the meat patties.
  • Slice open the Hawaiian Rolls, place boths sides on a baking sheet with a rack, butter both slides of the rolls with 4 tbsp softened butter, and place them in the oven on broil so they can get golden and slightly toasted.
  • Add the american cheese slices into the pan on top of the meat and onion. Cover the pan with the lid so the cheese gets melty. Once the cheese is melty toss everything together with tongs.
  • On the bottom rolls spread on the mayo and ketchup. Then add on the chopped cheese mixture, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and some salt & pepper. Top the sliders with the top buns. Serve & Enjoy!!!!
