I posted a delicious easy Cold Taco Dip and one of my followers on instagram sent me their favorite taco dip. So, I decided after reading the recipe that I absolutely had to make it!   • In a pan add the ground turkey and break it up using a wooden spoon or meat masher.
  • Add olive oil into the pan and shake the taco seasoning over the meat. Sauté the meat until browned on medium high heat.
  • In a pie plate or an 8×8 add the cream cheese to the bottom of the dish and evenly spread it out.
  • Top the cream cheese with the cooked turkey meat and evenly spread it out. On the meat evenly sprinkle over the chopped onions and tomatoes.
  • Lastly FRESHLY shred your colby jack cheese and evenly spread it out, so the cheese covers the entire top of the dish.
  • Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Serve with multigrain Tostitos!!
