Cheesecake Apple Pie Dip ๐Ÿ

I don’t know if I have the words to express how incredibly delicious this Cheesecake Apple Pie Dip is. I took the seasoning blend that I used to make my Apple Pie, the cut of the apple is the same I used to make my Apple Cake, and I used a secret formula for my cheesecake dip! All to make my creamy, delicately sweet, apple orchard delicious Cheesecake Apple Pie Dip!!!

This is the perfect dip to take to any party any time of the year, but since we are in the autumn month of October i personally think you need to bring it to your next friendsgiving party. Wait! It’s so good that it should make an appearance at your Thanksgiving dessert table. And I think, slash that I know that it will be gone before the Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and even the Pecan Pie. It’s that good baby! Let’s make it!

Chop both of your apples into small pieces like this. I kept the skin on my apples, but you can peel them if you’d like.

Add the apples into a pot. I love using this GreenPan Valencia Pro 11 Piece Cookware Set for my recipes because they are great quality, nonstick, dishwasher safe, and oven safe!

Add in 1/4 cup Brown Sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract.

Using a Lemon Juicer, squeeze In the juice of half a lemon.

Shake in the delicious spice blend. This spice blend includes: 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger.

Pour in a 1/4 cup of water (you can add more water if you want the apple compote more saucy). I love using this Pyrex 2 Piece Glass Measuring Cup Set!

Store everything together with a Wooden Spatula or spoon. Bring the pot to a boil, once it comes to a boil, lower it to medium-low heat. Stir in intervals for a total time of 20-25 minutes until the apple compote is nice and gooey.

In a Large Mixing Bowl, add in 1 lb softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream. I use this Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Measuring Cup Set!

Using an Electric Hand Mixer, combine the cream cheese and sour cream.

Scrape the sides of the bowl with a Rubber Spatula.

Once you scraped the bowl, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.

Add in 2 tsp vanilla extract.

Then add in a pinch of salt and 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar.

Beat that until everything is fully combined and creamy.

Once the apples have five minutes left, add in 1 tbsp water (you can add more water if you want the apple compote more saucy). Give that a stir and let that cook for the remaining 5 minutes. I love using these Cuisinart Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons Set!
