Crockpot Mississippi Chicken ๐

I have made Mississippi crockpot roast with a chuck roast, a Boston pork roast, and now I am making it with chicken breasts. Each time I make this I am always floored when I taste the final product.
It’s amazing what a jar of pepperoncinis, some seasoning packets, and butter, can do to almost any protein. If you have tried my other two recipes you are going to be impressed because this one is just as good and the only difference is that I used chicken breasts. You can serve this over mashed potatoes, rice, or nestled in a sub roll with your favorite condiments, but no matter how you serve it you’re going to absolutely love it! Lets make it!

I have been using thisย Large 8 Quart Crockpotย for years and I love it! I love this crockpot because it serves 10+ people and the stoneware and lid are dishwasher safe.

In your crockpot add in the chicken breasts and shake over the packet of McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix.

Next, shake over the packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning.

Then, sprinkle in the Mezzetta Medium Heat Sliced Pepperoncinis with the juice.

Lastly, add in the cubed up butter over the top. Pop the lid on and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
