Italian Garlic Bread 🥖

This is the Italian garlic bread I’ve been making for my family for years — perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. It’s made with butter, mozzarella, pecorino romano, fresh parsley, seasonings, and a little love. No pan needed — just wrap it in foil, bake until the cheese and butter melt beautifully, then uncover to get that golden brown finish. But the real magic? We don’t just eat it on the side — we stuff it. Imagine warm fettuccine smothered in my Italian quick sauce, tucked inside this cheesy garlic bread. It’s rich, comforting, and hands-down the most heavenly pasta sandwich you’ll ever taste. Ready to make it? Let’s go.

This fresh mozzarella is a key factor to this amazing garlic bread.

👝 How to Store Leftovers

To keep garlic bread fresh, wrap it in foil and store it at room temperature for up to two days, or refrigerate it in an airtight container to extend its shelf life.

🤔 Common Questions

Is your garlic bread crispy or soft?

It’s a perfect balance—crispy on the outside with a soft, buttery center. I bake it uncovered just long enough to get that golden crunch.

Do you use real butter or margarine in your garlic bread?

Always real butter. It gives a richer flavor and blends better with the garlic and herbs.
