Ingredients

  • 1 small rotisserie chicken shredded (If your rotisserie chicken is really big use only half and freeze the other half for your next recipe)
  • 2-3 cups frozen broccoli florets defrosted & cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp complete seasoning
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 10.5 oz can golden mushroom soup
  • 6 oz box Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 & ½ cups low sodium chicken stock
  • 1 stick salted butter divided
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl or large measuring cup, add in chicken broth and 4 tbsp butter. Heat that in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. Once that’s done, pour in the stuffing and mix everything together until combined. Set that aside.
  • In a large bowl add the shredded rotisserie chicken, can of cream of chicken with herbs soup, can of golden mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning, and the broccoli florets. Mix that up until fully combined.
  • Transfer the creamy chicken mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Shake the cracked black pepper and the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Then add the stuffing mixture evenly over the top to fully cover the chicken mixture. Break up 4 tbsp of butter into little pieces and place the butter all over the top of the stuffing.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven at 350°F and bake it uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
