Creamy buffalo chicken dip is in my opinion the perfect party food! I don’t believe there is a better dip to serve at any event, whether it’s a holiday or a game day it’s always everybody’s favorite. In my opinion the best way to make buffalo chicken dip is using your own chicken breasts. Yes, I have made it with rotisserie chicken before, but there is something about the way using your own chicken breasts soaking up all the flavors that you put into it makes it super delicious and just better. Alright I know you have a party to get to, so let’s make it!

Absolutely! If you don’t want to use both ranch and blue cheese, just use a full cup of ranch instead of blue cheese. The same goes for if you only want to use blue cheese and not ranch, just do a cup of blue cheese instead of the ranch.

Can I use mild sauce instead of hot sauce?

  • To a crockpot, add in chicken breasts, cream cheese, Frank’s redhot sauce, ranch, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, sliced green onions, shredded colby jack cheese, and ranch seasoning.
  • Pop the lid on the crockpot and set it to high for 3 – 4 hours.
  • Once it’s done, shred up the chicken and sprinkle over the remaining sliced green onions. Serve with chips and enjoy!
